Very STAR heavy, 4 step process. Several phone/virtual interviews with initial recruiter before a panel interview with people on the team. Completion of roleplays with sections on 'Why x' and behavioural questions
Smooth and professional, the recruiter was very straight forward, responsive, and cut to the chase. I wasn’t confused at any point in the process and the next steps were always very clear
Interview process was great. The expectation was very clear going into the sales pitch interview it and the interviewer provided great insight into the sales training and the path to becoming successful early on

3 stages, involving STAR method, hiring manager 2 rounds and sdr boss final round, learn the gartner product well as well as sales process. Very friendly people and an interesting company to start career.
