Disorganized and unclear. As an internal candidate, I was given one 5 minute call with a recruiter / HR in which they told me the role had been filled already, despite being listed internally only days before. I believe next step would have been interview with hiring manager.
The interview process moved very quickly. Spoke to a recruiter, then another recruiter then to the hiring manager. The hiring manager was nice, but didn't seem very interested from the outset.
