The phone interview was straight forward, no detailed questions, it was just to check my basic eligibility.
Second interview was in person with a junior HR, he asked basic general questions about continuous improvement to ensure I knew what I was talking about.
Third interview was with the Regional Director, it was VERY in-depth about lean, time studies, work productivity analysis, math, and social skills
