Submitted Application from an online job search site. Got an email from an Human resources rep. and set up a phone screen. Phone screen was conducted by a director level person with a development background. After passing the screening process I was brought in for an interview. The in person interview was strange. It consisted of two Devs giving me a coding exercise. It was conducted on a PC connected to a projector with low resolution. I was given a paper with the instructions. The room was dark, so the page was hard to read, The instructions were vauge and difficult to follow. I Started to work on the problem, but the devs became impatient as it was late in the day and I presume they wanted to go home. I was not afforded the opportunity to display my skills and abilities, and got a very negative feel for the company culture.
