The interview process here was a good one. It moved along quickly, was challenging, and everybody that I spoke with was very kind. My interview process consisted for a few interviews with the hiring manager, and a couple of other stakeholders along with a paid (!!) take home assignment. At the end of the interview process I knew that whether I got an offer or not that Gatsby's decision was made based on some hard data about how I actually work and not just a handful of behavioral questions because of the unique take home assignment.
