Gatsby (CA) interview questions

I thought the interview process was very quick and easy. They focused on getting to know me and whether it would be a good fit on the team (versus "testing knowledge"). Had four interviews and then a fifth mock sales pitch. The rest were more conversations.

All the interviews were conducted over Zoom + I believe recorded. Round 1: 30-minute call with Head of People to discuss general work history + qualifications, as well as background on the team, the need for the role, and Gatsby as an org. Round 2: 45-minute call with VP of sales, who this role would be reporting to. Round 3: 45-minute with the 2 Sales Account Executives the position would be working most directly with Round 4: 45-minute with Director of Customer Success Round 5: Take home creation of a presentation as if it were for a sales call, followed by a 30 min presentation with the VP of sales acting as the 'client' and the Director of Customer success, who could not attend my presentation due to scheduling issues. The guidance on the take home was to not take longer than 3-4 hours. After the final round it was about 2 weeks for them to wrap up with other candidates before an offer was made. All in all the process began January 18 and an offer was made March 1.
