Gavilon Gavilon interview questions

The company needs to take an honest audit and look at their equal opportunity standards. At the location I interviewed at the entire office building and culture was dominated by one race (caccassion) The gentleman who interviewed me did not give me the time of day when he saw my skin color even though I was highly qualified for the position with years of experience and education level (bachelor's degree)The interview was rushed with very little eye contact. Another person I currently work with ( a person who matched the culture dominated in that office building) interviewed for the same position. This person has the same experience level but less education level so on paper is twchnically less qualified. That individual interviews and recieved a job offer in two days. I feel devastated because I have never been discriminated against because of my race and I did not believe it still actually exists in these times. If you are a African American professional my suggestion would be not to waste your time with this company, go for a company that values diversity.
