Interview
I had a positive interview process with Gavin de Becker and highly recommend. Easy going employees that are quick and responsive when emailing or texting about the job itself and the entire process.
VERY Shady hiring process. They will immediately contact anyone who kind of meets the job listing. They do this simply to throw their own “non official” version of a background investigation at you, which is every intrusive and ask you to submit a lot of sensitive data, even passport etc. This is all done before ANY official interview with a hiring manager, and BEFORE any tentative job offer is given. They simply do this to collect data and use for themselves, or to sell. Two days after I submitted my background they sent me a rejection letter, and they never even so much as ran a credit report on me either.
