After submitting CV on Jobsdb, received HR whatsapp to fix the interview time. For the interview itself, the HR and hiring managers attended. It started with HR trying to understand my background and career goals. The second part was for hiring manager to ask how I can bridge my background (not in robotics) with the job scope, as well as how I would handle a customer given a certain situation. The hiring manager also answered some of my questions regarding the Account Management function and internal team structure for me to better understand the company and role.
