3 interviews over a period of about 2 months. Starts with a phone HR screening, followed by a video interview with the Hiring manager, and ends with a department head. Multiple interviews had to be rescheduled on their end. Didn't get the job then two months later they reached out again to ask if they could consider me again for the same role. I approved them to consider me and never heard from them again. Very difficult to get a status on the role and HR seemingly ignores you when you follow up or ask questions.
