I've interview for 3 different positions each time the interviewer was late.
They just read off questions from a packet.
Impossible to reach Hiring Manager.
Have to wait a long time for a call.

Tell me about a time you went out of your way for somebody else.
Tell me about a time where you had a difficult customer and what was the outcome.
Tell me about a time you had a issue with a computer that no-one could figure out but you could.

Interview
Met with an assistant manager, very nice guy. Talked over previous experience in tech fields, asked a few questions and was able to answer any questions I had. Was scheduled for another interview for the following week with another as. manager, they agreed I'd be a better fit for an open Geek Squad position.
