Very fast interview process, not a difficult position for educated technicians. Phone screen, then a lower level supervisor interview, then next day a general manager interview, got an offer some hours after GM interview. Scheduled to start the following week.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward and conversational. It started with a few questions about my background, my résumé, and what motivated me to apply for Geek Squad. Most of the interview focused on behavioral questions about teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving, with one or two light technical questions related to basic troubleshooting. Overall, it was a comfortable experience centered on getting to know me and how I handle different situations.
Interview has very simple questions. They ask why you are interested in the job. Then you are put through training if you accept the job. overall seamless process and easy interview
