Interview
All online, it’s a series of questions, a 10 second prep period, and then you make a recorded response. It’s soulless, but that’s the norm for a lot of big retail chains. You get unlimited retries (which are just re-recordings of your response, you can play them back and go from there). You get a follow-up to the interview about a week or so later.
Interview process is not complicated. Questions seemed to designed to understand the candidates level of communication skills and customer service. There are also questions to gain insight about the candidate's technical-support capabilities.
