Interview
It was a pretty basic interview. I was asked about my previous experience, whether I'd be willing to lift at least 50 lbs on a regular basis and if I'm good at working in a team environment. However there were some product hardware questions that I was not prepared for at the time such as knowing the names of some specific computer inputs and questions about repairing a damaged cellphone. Since I didn't have much experience with this type of product knowledge they said they'd slowly train me for my position.
