Interview
Very fast decision. I had a written test on day 1, for about 1 hour. Later that day, I got a call for interview the next day. First interview was about technical skills, standard for my position, and next was interview with HR. Nothing really different from what I read elsewhere. Later that day, the HR guy said I was accepted and gave me the letter of intent.
Technical followed by a written interview process. selection in written is not very tough but it's a product company so good tech skill is required to get selected, Other than written prepare on core tech things only.
Just ask question and answer. Nothing much, it is so easy. The hiring manager and human resource are so lame. Not recommended for human to join. But it was a good experience
