2 to 3 rounds of interview. The first round will be hiring line manager who usually posts some technical question such as programming and software development. The second round will be HR manager together with the hiring departement manager, where they ask more about career planning and inter-personal skills. Actually no unexpected question. All questions are standard interview questions, such as weaknesses and strength, career ambition, communication skills and etc.
Technical followed by a written interview process. selection in written is not very tough but it's a product company so good tech skill is required to get selected, Other than written prepare on core tech things only.
Just ask question and answer. Nothing much, it is so easy. The hiring manager and human resource are so lame. Not recommended for human to join. But it was a good experience
