JOB FAIR:
All applicants took an exam on a paper. Logical questions were asked and also we were asked to do coding on paper.
After you passed the exam, you will be interviewed by a Technical Lead and Manager. Most questions were fundamentals of C language. I was even asked to solve a certain problem on a white board.
After the interview, I was invited to the pantry to eat the lunch they prepared. They are very generous for the aspiring applicants in terms of the lunch they offered. We can even have coffee, pastries and juice while waiting.
Unfortunately I was not selected for the position because it has a different job description than my experience so they told me to wait for a call because they will try to look for another internal opportunity that will mostly fit my qualifications.
After 2 weeks I got a call and they asked me to take another exam and interview. As of this writing I am still waiting for the outcome of the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly on fundamentals of C language or the technical qualifications they need.
Technical followed by a written interview process. selection in written is not very tough but it's a product company so good tech skill is required to get selected, Other than written prepare on core tech things only.
Just ask question and answer. Nothing much, it is so easy. The hiring manager and human resource are so lame. Not recommended for human to join. But it was a good experience
