Interview
I have been through 2 rounds of manager interviews and was invited for a third round of interview. Their R&D teams are specialised in different areas and hence, the interviewer would be a manager from a different team in each of the interview. I apply the position through school career fair and received an interview invitation quite soon. People are generally very nice and easy to talk to. I can feel the company culture is quite friendly and helpful and they are willing to teach you. In this company, transfer among different teams or department within the company is encouraged, which is something I like the most.
