There is one call with the recruiter, after that a test, and if the test is okay then interview with the manager. The process is not too long and not hard. The questions were more in a form of opinion on best practices, how you would do something, etc.

What do I find the most useful feature of newer Java versions?
Technical followed by a written interview process. selection in written is not very tough but it's a product company so good tech skill is required to get selected, Other than written prepare on core tech things only.
Just ask question and answer. Nothing much, it is so easy. The hiring manager and human resource are so lame. Not recommended for human to join. But it was a good experience
