I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Gemalto (Dubai)
Interview
This is about Dubai branch of Gemalto. What they do is inviting people from many nationalities but their line managers picks only indians or pakistani people in order to secure their seats. Because they are insecure at their position. They know nothing and they don't want to hire someone who knows job. Most probably they invite people just to show off. Even tough my skill set was covering %95 percent of job description they told me that my skill set is not enough. It was like a joke. Even i passed their exam.
What i want to say is that, gemalto dubai branch is like india office of the company, not an equal environment for sure.
Their HR department consists many nice and kind people, i strongly suggest them to exclude line managers from interviews.
