I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Gemalto (Singapore) in May 2015
Interview
Contacted by an agency. First interview with hiring manager and team lead, very nice and kind people. Normal questions about my past experiences and projects listed in resume. Contacted for a second round interview with HR manager three days after 1st interview. 2nd interview was very short, about 10 mins. No questions on my experience or HR side. Just a casual conversation about my life in Singapore. Received an offer around 3 working days later.
