Virtual interview after applying online, and then never heard back from the recruiter again. The recruiter (based in CA but hiring for a NYC role) gave off very careless vibes throughout the process, and it’s now been over two weeks with zero response to follow-ups. It felt like they didn’t value my time or effort. Very unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company’s hiring standards. Disgusting experience.

Interview was a series of 5 interviews (1 - 30 min block with HR and 4 - 30 min blocks with members of the team). All the interviews were pretty friendly and basically about my experience and why I was interested in the role. Nothing out of the ordinary. One key quality they are looking for in any position is a passion for the crypto industry.
