Applied via a staffing firm. Spoke to the recruiter, who advised that he really liked my background and that he was going to recommend me for further consideration. Received an e-mail a few days later that he had spoken to his client and that Gemini had decided to concentrate on more junior level candidates. Received a phone call 3 weeks later from the same staffing firm that Gemini felt that all the candidates spoken to to date were too junior, and that they would like to speak to me! Had a phone interview with a Gemini finance team member 2 days later. 10 minutes into the interview he advised me that he really liked my background and that he would arrange for me to meet with Gemini senior management. Received an e-mail 3 hours later from the staffing firm that Gemini had elected to pass on my candidacy! I advised the staffing firm that I considered this process to be very unprofessional and disorganized, and felt sorry for whoever was hired!!! Big thumbs down!!!
