After the take home test is accepted there are 2 more days of interviews. The first day is 2 1-hour interviews. This day is for tech oriented. The first interview was about how to improve your take home test, SQL, automation approaches, and a programming question to manipulate a common data structure. The second interview was an intentionally ambiguous set of requirements where you had to work with your interviewer to clarify requirements and show you had an understanding of the big picture but also the small details. The second day was also 2 1-hour interviews but these are behavior and cultural based to makes sure the soft skills fit.

They expect you to write a full testing solution for one of their API. They say "2-3 hours of work" realistically it will be way more than that. As others have noted they are using you for free work. Leaves a very bad taste in your mouth and to top it off after wasting so much of your time they have the audacity to email you saying "per our policy we don't give direct feedback". It's a joke stay away.
