The team was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and took away a lot of the angst that one would typically have between interviews and in waiting for a decision. They let me know anticipated timeframes for future interviews and decision making, and stuck to them. Each interview felt like it was truly getting to know each other so that you could understand what Gemini culture was about and they could get to know you as an individual. It was also an extremely streamlined process, with initial engagement to offer in only 3 weeks. It was, honestly, the most positive interview experience I've had.
