Started with phone call screen. Then with team department manager. Then get a take home. Then with team member screen. All went well, but the last interview with the team member did not.
The interview process was an overall great experience. From the initial conversation to the final round, everyone I spoke with was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which really helped put me at ease. The structure of the interviews was highly standard for the industry. It followed a straightforward, predictable path, focusing on typical behavioral questions and a standard review of my past experience. There were no unexpected curveballs or trick questions, making it a very smooth, transparent, and professional process from start to finish.

The one specific thing they asked was for me to walk them through my process of identifying and investigating red flags. Because it was a highly standard interview, they mainly wanted to hear my step-by-step approach to reviewing documentation, verifying beneficial ownership, and knowing when to escalate a suspicious case.

too long of a process 5-6 rounds for minimal wage. I dropped out after two rounds not worth it and they seemed unorganized and couldn't answer my questions clearly. Kept saying the same thing “oh we will help train along the way”.
