am writing to share my feedback regarding my experience during Round 3 of the interview process. I found the request from the interviewers to move my camera up, down, left, and right to be quite inappropriate. Such actions seem to detract from the professionalism expected during an interview. As an experienced professional, I take pride in my integrity and would never resort to false means to reach this stage. The first interview lasted about an hour, and the second was approximately 1.5 hours, providing ample opportunity to assess my qualifications and expertise. Also, instead of interviewing for the positions I applied for the questions asked were out of context. In fact interviews themselves seemed to be confused about the answers of the questions they were putting forward. So overall, management really needs to see the resources they have my experience clearly was with disrespect resources, which is sad to see. . Also they set an hour call, exceed it to 1 hour 40 mins . Major lack of professionalism.
