Person in initial interview acted annoyed and didn’t crack one smile until the end of the interview! Really acted like I was a number and inconveniencing them by being interviewed. Very disappointing. Maybe because they were trying to pipeline candidates, but the candidate experience was very lacking for a “tech company” Maybe this particular person was having a bad day, was inexperienced, or was annoyed because it was close to the holiday, but I wouldn’t bother. This was probably the worst interviewer I’ve encountered. Please do better.
