Strange interview by someone seemingly in their mid-40s trying to pretend they were in their mid-20s. Strange distracting screed background and mainly just went on about how busy they were and had to squeeze in my interview between other slots. Very weird, pretentious and unprofessional.

Very pleasant interview process with clear communication and process from the recruiting manager. Loved meeting everyone on the Gemini team as well. Very positive experience. Process included phone screens/informational chats with the recruiter and hiring manager, followed by a panel of 5 interviews across behavioral and case questions. I enjoyed the interviews so much that I am referring friends to open roles at Gemini.

Question 1
Questions spanned case questions (e.g. about Gemini credit card) to behavioral questions (e.g. about how I handled disagreement, etc).
I invested about 7+ hours in 3 rounds of interviews but the HR rep went radio silent after my final interview. With all the time I put in, I would’ve expected the decency of an email. Seems like ghosting candidates is a common theme in all the reviews I’ve read regardless of the time and effort put in. A good company respects their candidates not just the employees. Overall process was over a month and a half— complete waste of time. Don’t bother with this company.
