I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Gen in Apr 2023
Interview
Overall, not a hard interview process at all, but HR did its job extremely poorly. I was referred by an employee and then I was contacted after waiting for 2 weeks. The first round is a 15 minutes call with HR, then there was a second call (technical interview) with a senior team member, which was nice. Then, I waited around a month for the next steps and felt myself ghosted, although my interview performance was nice. After the second technical interview I waited for two weeks for being rejected. No proper feedback - "another candidate was more suitable for this role". Overall, I was happy with the technical interviews and team members and unhappy about the hiring process and almost non-existent feedback.
