One of the worst experience I've had. Recruiter sends cryptic messages via email then switches to Whatsapp. Should have dropped out the process right then but the hiring manager seemed great. The portfolio presentation was standard, followed by an in person 2.5h onsite. They made me wait about 10mins in the lobby then got a message from the hiring manager on Whatsapp asking where am I.. The onsite meeting was fine but I got a sense it's nowhere near a product/design driven org. Very top down. Then they declined me with no feedback afterwards. What a waste of time, don't even know why I even considered it!

Interview
Meeting with 2 associates - product manager and tech lead. The meeting was OK, but then when discussed salary, managers showed skepticism and laughed about my current earnings as freelancer
