There is no interview at this stage. Instead, candidates are given a take-home assessment and a short test before being considered for interview. The take-home assessment focuses on modelling/understanding loan risk using three data files provided by the company. The task is open-ended, with no clearly defined scope or expected outcome, instead, candidates are given a broad brief stating that the company is “looking for candidates who can develop a creative solution.” The short test consists of around seven questions to assess basic knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and SQL programming. Candidates are given one week to complete both tasks and can expect to receive an update within a week after submission.

It was a good interview experience. The hiring and recruiting managers made the interview process very comfortable. Loved the entire experience. The questions asked were not that difficult , and it was more like a one-one interaction.
