I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gen Re in Mar 2015
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me to apply for the underwriting trainee position. I had a phone screening, met with the region, then went to the Home Office for a final round (one other person was asked to Home Office). I had a positive experience. They are very generous in terms of providing transportation and hotel accomodations. Everyone I met was very friendly and seemed to love their job. Questions were more based on what I like to do in my free time and what I am looking for in a new position/company. I was very surprised/disappointed I did not receive an offer as the interviewers were a bit misleading. Oh well.
