Interview
• First round – HR screening:
A conversation focused on cultural fit, professional background, salary expectations, and notice period. It was a straightforward and well-organized introduction to the company and role.
• Second round – Hiring Manager interview:
This stage was more in-depth, with specific questions about my experience, skills, and how they relate to the role. The discussion felt relevant and aligned with the actual responsibilities of the position.
• Third round – Assignment presentation:
A social media assignment was required, followed by a presentation to the full team. This was a good opportunity to demonstrate practical skills and to interact with the broader team, gaining insight into their dynamics and expectations.
