First of all, the actual job responsibilities and compensation were very different from what they had posted on their Craigslist ad (they made it sound so much better on the ad). They will make you come in multiple times and the CEO is going to ask all kinds of personal questions that have nothing to do with the position, I guess for the reason of "getting to know you," but in reality those questions and the CEO's cocky attitude will only make you feel extremely vulnerable and insecure, instead of feeling comfortable during the interview. And in the end they didn't even had the courtesy to tell me that I didn't get the job. So much for professionalism! One of the worst interviews I've ever had, a total waste of time and energy.
