Genentech Director Customer Marketing interview questions

I was conducted via email by Talent, "impressed" by my background, The email included a link to Phenom screening (you record a video of yourself answering pre set questions). The email stated a reply to Talent was NOT needed. I did anyway to thank her, you know, maybe you want to talk to a human managing the recruitment ( so crazy of me innit?). No reply of course, I did the Phenom thing- completely de-humanizing. I checked workday status regurarly, finally a month later I was moved to "non selected". Never got a rejection email. Instead I got a survey email asking me how the recruitment process was. Ironic . Well they got my answer. One thing I would say , two actually : 1. A company should really live the Corporate values they are so proud of displaying on their site. 2: I won't apply to any GNE jobs until the process changes. I am a senior marketing leader and the minimum for me would be to at least interact with the people a the company
