Genentech Foundation Specialist interview questions

Behavior questions following the STAR question scheme, started as a two people interviewing you for the first round. Next round was a panel of five people still following the STAR question scheme. First round lasted 30 minutes, the second round lasted an hour.

They conduct behavioral interviews. You need to pull from your work experience and recall times you used problem solving. In your answers always give the Situation, the Steps You took and the Outcome. Interviews will most likely be conducted by 2 Supervisors. If they ask you for a second interview, it is likely that most of the Supervisors will attend.
