I just had 3 rounds of interviews for the market planning group. Should hear back within 2 weeks with offer/no offer. The first phone interview was done by a recruiter. The questions consisted of prior job experience and multiple behavioral ( "Tell me a time when you.....") questions plus one logic-oriented question ("What type of information would you need to know/want to find out/do if your drug was performing worse than competitors"). The second interview was 5 weeks later. They initially said I should hear back within 2/3 weeks. This interview also consisted of behavioral example questions and one logic question pertaining to what factors I would consider if I were forecasting product revenue. Have some good scenarios ready from past behaviors! No real way to prep for the logic questions, though. About a week later I heard back for a full-day in office interview. The 3rd round consisted of meeting with about 8/9 managers from different groups, an hour to read a scenario and make a few slides for a forecasting exercise. The forecasting exercise gives a scenario for a company, consumer base number, and revenue per consumer. The point was to calculate gross revenue for a theoretical product line and then come up with forecast and limitations/lack of info. The in-person interviews were different. Most people were extremely nice, friendly, and professional. The questions included going over resume, behavioral examples, and projects from prior jobs. Very long and tiring day, but a good vibe and clear noone was trying to trip you up just to exclude from the company.
