The VP then came back with follow up questions and showed me around the office. He let me know that I would hear back within two weeks but I never heard back at all.

Interview
Average interview. Was expecting another round of interviews but they gave me the offer with just one full day interview. Met with an HR rep and 4 people in the department. Hiring process took longer than I expected - I thought I didn't get the job after not hearing from them for a few weeks. It turns out the HR person was just bad (told me she would get back to me within a week of the first interview and i did not hear from anyone until the hiring manager called me to offer me the job, i also had to give her my new address several times and it took her three weeks to take care of my background check).
