Applied online after meeting some GA reps at a career fair. A current non-HR employee then reached out over email and scheduled some time for us to meet at the office. The interview was conversational with all the usual interview questions and a little bit about the company. They mentioned a week of time before letting me know a decision about next steps, but it actually took two weeks and an email nudge before I was told that I wasn't moving forward.
