I had applied for the position through an online job board. I received an email asking me to sign up for a time to do a 15 minute phone interview. On the day of the interview,a Thursday, I was asked several questions about my background and why I was interested in working for General Assembly. At the end the interviewer said he was finishing the initial interviews and would let me know either way by the beginning of the next week. When I hadn't heard, I called him and he told me that it was a bad time to talk, he was driving, and he would call me back later that day. About an hour later I get an email saying I was no longer being considered, wish you were brave enough to tell me when I had you on the phone.
