I applied online and got an email the following day to schedule a 30 phone screen. I scheduled a phone screen for the following week. The call was on-time and ran about 25 minutes. The phone screener was polite and asked general questions related to my past experience, how my experience would fit with the role and basic questions about my skills (i.e. Excel). After the phone call, I was sent a take home task that was moderately challenging. What I liked about the task was that the directions allowed for the candidate to be creative.
Couple days later, I received an email for an in-person interview at the NY office. I interviewed with 4 people (2 team members, the role's manager and a manager from another department that HR works closely with). All interviewers were very nice. I was allowed to elaborate on my resume, goals and personal values. All parties had great questions, a few challenging questions but nothing far-fetched.
