It was pretty standard. Two phone discusses. One with the recruiter and one with the instructor manager in ATL. Followed by a remote sample teach, and then an onsite sample teach. Both of the teaching sample went very well as all of the instructors already teaching enjoyed my time. However, for whatever reason, I wasn't selected. Oh well, I received a job offer somewhere else for way more money the same day I received the rejection! No harm, no foul, I do wish that I wouldn't have had to reach out to the Manager to ask for an update. I also asked for feedback from the Instructor Manager as I was very confused being as though there was nothing but good things said from all parties. However, I didn't receive anything, I'm sure he doesn't care but when an interviewee asks for feedback, it's because they want to grow and learn. If you can't give that then you don't need to be a manager or hiring people.
