Interview
Interviewed twice, first was with talent advisor, followed by a design take-home task and second was with team member. I then was asked to complete the same take-home task again, and asked for clarification as to why. They came back to me asking me to give times for a third interview. I gave them the times, and never heard back. Sent three follow ups and still haven't heard back more than 2 weeks later. Assuming it's a very unprofessional no from these guys.

Interview
Two thirty minute phone screenings were conducted, followed by a design task to measure best practices, knowledge and creative ability. Task was followed up with a thirty minute virtual interview and presentation with a panel of instructional designers.
