There are 4 stages and each one is with a different person. I think this is an awesome process, but it not only allows you to meet different employees in the company and how they play a role, but it gives you an opportunity to learn more about the company culture from different perspectives. It also allows increases your chances of getting selected, because you can sway the majority.
