Applied online and received an invite to speak with a recruiter a couple of weeks later. The interview was fairly standard, but it didn't seem like the recruiter had read my resume beforehand. Despite speaking with the recruiter, I was only given a canned rejection email. I strongly believe that after an interview, the least a recruiter can do is write something a little more personalized. The note didn't even reject me for the position that I applied for.
