I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Assembly (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
30 min initial phone screening
1 hr phone call with Career Coach on the team
1 hr phone call with Career Coach manager
1 hr presentation (20 min presentation on a professional development topic + 20 min "glow and grow") - I dropped out of the interview process at this point when I received another offer
For any prospective candidates - the recruiter called me after each interview and the day before each upcoming interview, oftentimes after 5 PM, to share information that could have been sent via email. One time the recruiter called me the wrong name. I had to miss one interview because I was sick and the recruiter kept calling me. Did not feel respected during the process.
