Interview
I applied, and after a few days, I received an email for a phone interview, and I accepted it for two days after that. Interview was about 16 minutes. The guy seemed like he just wanted to get over with this interview. There were lots of questions. It seemed almost like he had to ask all of these questions to see if he could qualify me into the next round. It was not the best interview. I was nervous because I really wanted the position, and I am a bit disappointed that they did not give me an opportunity.
At the end of the phone call, the guy said that he would contact me regardless of what happens in a week, but I never got contacted, I had to follow up and hear that I didn't get it.

What is a difficult situation that you had to get through at work?
Three round interview process - first with a recruiter, then a manager then multiple managers from different sales teams. First was about 15 minutes, second round was thirty minutes and last round was an hour. The process took about three weeks.

Phone Screening asking general questions, followed by another Phone interview again asking the same questions, followed by an in person interview I was told I would still need to speak to someone before a final decision was made. And I am still waiting. I even reached out myself for an update to no response. Very unprofessional in my view a simple email indicating that they passed me up or they still need time to set up the interviews not asking too much. Don’t let this company waste your time, because they definitely will.

It was lengthy, but very thorough. The project seemed unnecessary, but they made me feel very comfortable. It was a phone screen, in person, and one group interview. I would say it was pretty typical.
