General Assembly Senior Customer Success Manager interview questions

I had an initial 30 minute call with a recruiter in the US and then a 45 minute call with the Hiring Manager. I didn't move to the next round but believe there would have been at least another interview and then a presentation. No real feedback provided apart from "we are looking for someone with more experience". Hiring Manager seemed distracted and disinterested. Mentioned several times about the team being burnt out and how much of a struggle it would be to onboard someone remotely. It's good to be honest but it could have been positioned in a more positive way!
