I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Atomics (San Diego, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
~5 Back to back interviews in the same room, with no break. Everyone was friendly, but I felt like I wasn't being asked many things that I prepared for (was doing a lot of coding questions on leetcode to prepare for coding interviews). A lot of the times I felt like they were just talking at me and did not get an adequate sense of things that I was experienced in or what I wanted to get out of a job at GA
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me mostly about things that were on my resume, what part of the team I'd be most interested in working on, a couple c++ concept/coding questions that were pretty straightforward that test your knowledge of pointers, differences between c/c++
Thanks for your feedback. Every interview is a little different. Sometimes we have a clearer sense of what we need to see from certain candidates versus others. We definitely appreciate the time you spent with us.
